Liberty Ridge Honey Company
Due to the nature of food products, all honey sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on honey products once they have been shipped, delivered, or picked up.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

A photo of the damaged item and packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Local Pickup & Local Delivery
Orders marked for local pickup or local delivery are also final once the product has been picked up or delivered.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has left our facility. However, if there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
