We currently ship honey orders within the United States using standard shipping services. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available within a limited radius of Concord, North Carolina. Delivery availability and fees will be shown at checkout. Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days, and delivery times may be coordinated after purchase.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available by appointment only. Pickup details and scheduling instructions will be provided after your order is placed.

Packaging & Product Care
All honey orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Honey is a natural product and may crystallize over time. This is normal and does not affect quality.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
